integra engine oils? and gbox?

okay so i was looking for a good oil for my car,

GSI 99 90K on the clock

i purchased 10-40 shell semi synthetic, but i wannag get something else, doing a full service tommorow so i wanna see what i can do...

also the gear changes are a bit sticky and blocky. so i wanted to change the gear oil too, what oil would i put in a MT integra gsi?

i dont mind paying for upto motul, but royal purple just goes way too dear...

well what oils do u guys use, since i havent seen any threads about integras so far...

hey mate... just use geniune fluids.... if u go to hanny's "smithfield" (honda specialist) theyl do ur gear box oil 50 bucks and .... yeh just use feo oem oil!
