Has this only happened recently or has always been there? I'm just wondering if your problem only started to occur when you put the coils in or after you put the bars in etc.
I had a similar problem as you, except it steered to the left slightly under acceleration. When just cruising it runs dead straight. The shock was loose in the shock housing (about 1 degree of play) so the bolts just needed to be tightened up so there was no play in the shock.
Maybe check all the bolts in the shocks are all nice and tight.
