Keep your stock injectors? I'm 95% sure they're the same size as the Type-R (235cc) which makes over 40% more power than the standard B18A (i.e. plenty of wiggle room).

Every car I have ever had, I changed the standard exhaust manifold, extractors generally make more power, better torque, and can add to the economy of a car.

You can pay anywhere from $150 and up to over $1000

I picked up the extractors off a racing Civic for my B16A in my DA9 (somewhere between $150 to $200 from memory), and they made a world of difference, but you should easily be able to find dyno results showing the difference.

Most factory headers are made with low cost and general running in mind, (cast ones are also quieter), so, make the change even on a B18A and you will notice,

 Cheers
 Chris

You can put em on yourself, just unbolt old exhaust manifold and bolt on new headers with the gaskets
ebay has some cheapy ones for the da9 integra for like 220

Did they bolt up to the cat like stock? How long have you had them in for? I am concerned about the material quality - I don't want to be welding up cracks.
I was planning on using the OEM B18A "headers" on my B20VTEC but the performance gain to price ratio of the ebay headers over the stock piece of garbage makes them mighty tempting for $220, especially considering they will fit with no crossmember mods.

Yeah mate they should bolt onto the cat stock, just make sure you either get the 90-91 specific header if you have the 90-91 da9 or 92-93 specific header if you have the 92-93 one obviously

With the more expensive headers, youll get a little more gain out of them as theyre like 1 or 2 peice but your not going to notice that much of a difference if you get the ebay headers, most of the difference lies in the materials used, as obviously ceramic coated headers will keep their finish longer while ebay headers are probably just steel, and will fade, but you can just coat them in that VHT pot belly black high-temp paint anyways
