When they say 15mm limit, that is the rolling diameter of the tyres. Not the rim size.
If you are only 5mm above stock rolling diameter, and you want to be a bit safer, then you can try printing a copy of VSI8 and keeping that in your glovebox in case cops try to defect you for it.
Hey aaronng, what i mean is the rolling diameter between std 225/50/17 and 235/45/18 is 6mm different. not the wheels...
hey guys they practically got all those images from these sites,
apparently you can order them (but dont quote me on that) from that website... thats if you understand russian ... lol
lol thanks for those sites. google translator might help. but i might think twice about ordering from them cause its custom and 150000km away.
rather get mugen. replicas would be nice but alas nobody sells mugen replicas still. i saw a post on some acurazine forum or something that they were organising a group buy but that thread went quiet before christmas. it was like $800CND for the kit.
omg i want to strangle u! lol
i just ordered my genuine ones this week. and EMS just update saying they will be at my door tommorrow. i couldnt find replicas for cu2 anywhere
the description says 08 model. sometimes they sell cl9 stuff as 08 euro are you sure it fits? might get it as a cheap temporary visor until i get a mugen kit then attatch the genuine ones. have u bought it?
btw does anyone have the colour coded mud guards? how much are they? i cant remember what they look like, but i remembered they made the car look lower but the main reason why i am interested in them is because i hate the gap between the tires and the walls of the wheel arc. its too wide
these fotos show what i mean (scroll down) http://www.drive2.ru/cars/honda/acco...cm/vladimir37/
i think hes on air runners or watevr you call them. there is a huge gap when he lowers his car.i know his tyres are small but even if theyre big the arc is flared outwards slightly. im hoping some cheap mudguards would make the gap smaller?
is it just me or did he pretty much cut vent holes in his bonnet and put dents in his front bumper to create that rugged effect. or is it part of the lip. because i think the lip is just the bottom part. but i dont see him actually doing anything to the front bumper to make it like that. and comparing the bumper to the original i think its an entire replacement or self "dented"
Use both the screws and the tape. My OEM ones uses only tape and lifted off at the left rear whilst driving on the highway. Awaiting to bring it to a dealer to fix it up.

as long as its the red 3M tape and you prep it with alcohol wipe, no chance it will rip off. I had to use brute force when i took mine off. If it lifts off, its because of improper application.

My car probably had it done improperly by the dealers.
The tape used with the OEM ones were what looked like simple black double sided tape.
Only my rear left lifted off which was a cause for concern especially on the highway!
