to bleed air the coolant system, just turn the engine on with the radiator cap off to let the air bubbles out and then put the cap back on (while engine still on)?

I just got a hole cutter and cut the hole that fit the tweeter pods that came wit the speakers. I'll post a pic up if u want

Yep mines always sits on this level as well - just below halfway.
