    wouldnt it be better to compare the euro to camry and rolla to civic?????

    this comp has an answered bassed on what u want out of the car, not which one is better, coz as far as i can tell these two cars are fighting in to differnt rings.....



    get the euro anyways, corrolas are for old people.

    camry drivers are the new volvo drivers ... they cant drive or they are 10000000 years old and cant even see ... i have so much trouble with them lol

    ive driven both corolla and euro manaul.. and i prefer the corolla better... better gearbox and bter drive.. whereas the euro is just for space

    Ok thanks guys leaning towards sportivo Going to have a look at one tommorow 14k 100,000ks new rego it's the white on on carsales...anything to look out for? Heard that 6speed is notorious for breaking? And the vvtli lift what does it feel like? Do you feel it kick ?

    VVTL-i is very very very very sleepy like VTEC

    The corolla sportivo gearbox is terrible!!!! The Euro's manual gearbox is one of the best in shift feel.

    i was talking abot the standard corolla.. never had a chance of driving the sportivo version.. but the euro wasnt the best when i drove one

    Base Corolla is just as bad (I found the Sportivo's gearbox better). Felt quite loose. I used to rent manual Corollas very often, while my neighbour has a Sportivo.

    i guess each to the own than.. cause i felt the 05 corolla (base) was better than the 04 euro
