electric window DC5R problem Help Please

My drivers side window made a pop noise when winding up then went down. when I try to close it no noise but when I try to open it I get a grinding noise from the motor. have removed door card and can manually pull up window seems to be in rails. Any help would be much appreciated.

Window Spray Greaserr.. Spray in on the sides of the window... Spray it as you go down then up.. It lubricates the side rails.. this should fix your problem mate.
