17 x 8.5 offset 35 front
17 x 9.5 offset 45 rear

Don't know how it would look but it would definitely rub even with "only" a 1" drop.
I'd probably run 235/45 on front and 255/40 on rear or 225/45 and 245/40 for less chance of rub.

All corners will need a roll and bumper tab relocation on the rear I reckon.

It will probably make your handling worse cause you gotta run excessive negative camber though imo.
