What you decided on shouldn't be a problem with the 225 at the fronts and 205 at the rears
Have the same tire set up on my brother's em1 but running 16" with 55 & 50 profile
Anything wider then 205 in the rear will most likely scrub like a Bitch as that is what happened with us, even if the guards are rolled. The scrubing doesnt occur on the inner guards but it scrubs on the top of the inner lip of the rear bumper where it bolts to the body and the inner chassis next to the strut tower esspecially if your running a bit lower then standard.
same with the front will most likely scrub on the inner rail with full lock
