    is it just me or does the stock suspension seem quite uncomfortable?

    its quite uncomfortable.... type r suspension is quite stiff!!! one of the negs about ep3.... but yet thats why performance is one of the best

    Going by this, does that mean all JDM EP3's regardless of PFL or FL have same fly and the 'lighter' fly only refers to EUDM models??

    i can confirm it does. my fd's pre FL has a heavier one definitely.
    GD3 -> EP3 -> RB3

    Yes - to confirm I checked my PFL today and it is indeed a lightweight flywheel standard.

    All JDM type rs have a lightweight flywheel. Incl. Both ep3 PFL and FL . as phil said .....

    Well we found that out today :-) same
    part number for all EP3's , FL fd2r , fn2r , jdm dc5r etc
