1 Green block = 0-100 points.
2 Green blocks = 101-200 points

I'm not 100% if the actual changeover is at 99 points or 100 points.

so those who has 1 green block cannot give rep point yes? (ie. won't add to rep count)

what ever how many blocks they have. they have 3 green blocks, you will get 3 rep points. they got 10 blocks, you get 10 points.
