Ebay or from USA. Postage is the killer, but still should cost under $80 landed. They cost about $120 from shops in Australia.
    part # 33-2430.

Checked eBay for ya and it's not cheap there, better off finding another site which sell it or just buy it locally. Cheapest I found was about $73 + $138 shipping lol.

I was tempted to change my one too...was considering either that or a Injen CAI...do ya know the difference in fuel consumption between the 2? lol

heeltoeauto.com has them for US$42.35, costs US$35.35 for USPS shipping. US$77.70 total.
They got the injen intake for $US291. $65.95 USPS shipping. US$356.95 total.

Injen intake expensive (I've seen them for US$240 on ebay), but when you consider that JDMyard sells them for $600, you'll save some serious coin!

    Good find on heeltoe!

Haha yeah Injen CAI is a slight expensive "investment" on the car, but apparently there is more of a power difference with the Injen in comparison with a K&N filter.

I probably won't be upgrading soon coz fuel is draining my account as it is these days, being an unemployed student and all haha :P

My experience with K&N filters have always been good. it's ideal if you want a slight improvement, and don't want to start customizing heavily.
I had a ford cougar and a Honda HRV and they both show slight improvement in power, fuel economy and noise.
Thanks for the heads up! By fuel economy do you mean it's more efficient with the filter? What do you mean by noise exactly?

    Cheers

My car's didn't have an accurate fuel gauge, like the euro, but my impression was the fuel economy was better.
By noise, when you rev up normally you get a high pitch sound, with the K&N it's a bit lower more gruntier, as if the engine doesn't struggle for breath.
difficult to write down, but they're all plus, no negatives whatsoever.
