the 18x18+30 will fit, the only issue you may have is the offset not being low enough as the inside of the wheel might rug the strut. You may need to run a spacer, anywhere between 5-15mm. Just of the top of my head, im pretty sure you will need a 15mm spacer to make it fit.

Yeah my rears are 18x9.5 +30... so with the extra 0.5inch difference. Your wheels might scrape your coilovers if cambered. But running that much width and offset, you need camber. So spacers definately as x10Hz said. I say 10mm spacers to be safe
18x10 +30 should work fine if you run a 10mm to clear inside strut. just test fit and go from there either it will rub a little or not at all, and if it does rub just add a spacer and more camber to fit.
a roll/tab mods/and a flare if you don't want to poke too much will help too.
what rims you got now felix. and could someone please explain to me what +22 or +12 is i know its about the rims size but the more the deeper or? :S
