So I'm gonna get one. Still tossing up between DC5r & CL7R replica build.

Pretty much Sangy. Only reason I ended with the EM1 in the first place is cuz the missus bought a del sol before me and I loved the B16. Now It's been 4 years time for bigger and better engine.

Did not think of that, lol, will have to check, saw a few packages with flywheels included as well, mite needa reconsider getting the xtreme clutch now, hope can stil get a refund at autobarn

400 is the rrp, an since only reptuable place i could find, thats what they all charge for hd, hdbc is bit more pricey, flywheel will be kept standard, if not will get lighter flywheel if i do go for exedy package from the states

today i got a letter in the mail, saying that "i have been seen driving on 'x' road at 'x' time by 'x' police office in an 'un-roadworthy' state. You must now report to williamstown police station for a full check this sat 2nd october. I called him and he said there will be VIC roads reps there as well as EPA reps there. There are a fair few cars going in that day, he said they are starting at 9am and going all day... Looks like the car could be relegated to track duty only for a bit...

yeah its a struggle. engine number is really the only thing that i will struggle with and possibly the ITB's even though i can cover them up with a boxed closed setup. I have a spare axle back with tiny tip and i still have the original interior and exterior parts, i can raise it easy enough and my tires are fine for roadworthy. My SRS light is consistently on which could work against me as well... engine number is my achilles heel...

Just hope it goes all smooth for you, best to get stock steering wheel in, if they find out u changed ur steering wheel, ur b in a pickle of a fight... or just cut the wire for srs light..... btw, Iev had few mates not pass because they had coil-overs, than again some who have since they didnt reliaze they had them in an jacked it up lol, so its really hit an miss, just hope they dont pick up on ur coil-overs, or else u be goin back there again

If ur catch can is vented atmo, that also mite be a problem, but easy one to fix, but other than that, id assume everything else should b smooth sailing for you

And i also believe u need a recline-able seat to pass seeing you got that maaaad as bride bucket seat, as in the event of a accident the rear passengers cant exit through drivers side, as again friends have also been defected for that reason, thats all i can think of atm to help you

if u needa borrow stockie suspension, let me know
