    Buying a 2nd hand FN2

    Hey guys,

I'm getting an 08 FN2 Type R for 25k.. Reason for being that cheap is due to the mileage of 64k but I find the price is quite fair and 64k isn't that bad.. And I'll be able to go to Honda and get extended warranty and it'll last til 2013! Car also comes accessorised with honda body kit and bluetooth.. You all think 25k is decent? I've checked out the car and it's in good nick. The dealer just wants to get rid of it because it's been sitting there for 90 days.

Let me know what you guys think!

25k is decent. Beats buying a dc5r with more kms for 20kish.

Thanks for the comment Poeter! Just hope it's a good buy.. the km's were racked up from highway driving because the previous owner drove 120+km's per day to and from work.. Oh yeah and forgot to mention it's also 1 owner

lol not bad, i guess the fd2 are easier for the dealers to sell

like how one of the dealers here in vic wanted to trade my mate an evo 8 for his fn2r, direct swap, cos the evo didnt have any interest

Yup! Used that as an advantage as well saying the sedan will generate much more interest from the "General Public" lol.. Best thing was, because the dealer is located like 70k's away, I called him and said I wanted to trade in, he said, give him a description of my car, he'll get a quote and tell me if I should come down just in case so I don't waste my time.. He heard me say I had 13k mileage on my car.. then when I got there he noticed it was 30k lol... Still took the deal anyways!~ :P
