MASSIVE UPDATE!!
So i recently purchased Greddy V-Manage to run along side my Greddy E-Manage Ultimate, I also ordered a custom made Boomslang USA harness to run all three ECUs...
See pic below:

You can see in this harness that it splits off onto two lines, one to the E-Manage Ultimate, and the other to the V-Manage
After finally getting around to install the two units, I updated my new tune files (which i created) and took it for a test run, to my suprise, my efforts to break the stock rev limiter WORKED!!
YES THATS RIGHT!! I TOOK MY K20/K24 FRANK ENGINE TO 8,400RPM IN MY HONDA ACCORD EURO
Now because i did not have my o2 sensor hooked up, or my oil pressure gauge to see what was happening under the hood at those rpm, i only did it once, as i didnt want to run it lean and fry the engine!! (I had guessed the fuelling for those revs using data from previous runs)
After connecting up my laptop and doing a data log run, i took it to just shy of 8,000RPM !!!
See picture below:

You can see where the revs (RED LINE) stumble as the stock ecu limits and the E-Manage takes over, but hopefully I can fix that up with some more tuning
I will do more runs once I've got all my sensors re-connected
On the V-Manage side of things, at the moment its throwing a check engine light, and its not logging VTC as planned. I will sort all of that out as soon as possible, however the only manual i have for it is all in Japanese! So its very very teadeous!
Also, my old Boomslang E-Manage Ultimate harness is up for sale

Hytech, a company in the USA, does customise the VTC mechanism via a pin which limits the advance to 45 degrees.

Got the V-Manage off eBay... ALOT cheaper than suppliers here in Aus were asking (~$700)
Only downside being I dont have the english manual

I also realised i wasnt even in VTEC when i did it (mechanism isnt active as V-Manage not yet programmed)

Another UPDATE:
I've found whats chucking the Check Engine Light - The VTC actuator control from the V-Manage requires an extra GReddy part (which i cant find anywhere!) to trick the ECU into seeing the VTC solenoid connnected and functioning... Im going to test the solenoid tonight and see what its internal resistance is, then hopefully i can make my own 'tricker box'
Hopefully once i got it all sorted, no one will ever have to go thru this much trouble!!
