Exactly. Silly as it sounds I actually have Crime Stoppers saved in my phone and I make a habit of reporting people who behave like that, when possible. Simply because I know I'm an 'entertaining' driver sometimes, but I sure don't go around deliberately trying to intimidate others in such a dangerous manner.
