you can build your own box

The Y1 was the best cable B-series box from the SiR CRX with the closest ratios.
But the final drive is 4.266...
The YS1 has the same ratios as EK4/9 Civic VtiR/Type R incl the 4.4 final drive...

Either way, we can help as we've done this job before.
    Ballpark quote is as follows:
Remove & replace gearbox charge is $400 - B-series honda
Dissasemble, clean, inspect, assemble gearbox - $250
Sundries (OEM MTF06 gear oil, sealants & disposal of waste products, gearbox seals & crush washers) - $150
+ Any extra work charges are additional. (Repair of existing parts etc)
+ Any parts required are additional

Here's a quick price list for you if we supply the parts:
Y1 (EF8/9 JDM CRX SiR – Close ratio LSD cable box) Honda genuine parts:
    2.052 - Gear, Countershaft 2nd - $185
    Sleeve Set, Synchronizer (1-2) - $385
    Nut, Hex., 23mm - $15
    Sleeve set, synchronizer (3-4) - $315
    Sleeve set, synchronizer (5) - $220
    1.416 - Gear, Mainshaft 3rd - $165
    1.103 - Gear, Mainshaft 4th - $165
    0.870 - Gear, Mainshaft 5th - $165

YS1 (92~93 JDM Integra – STD ratio LSD cable box) Honda genuine parts:
    2.105 - Gear, Countershaft 2nd - $185
    Sleeve Set, Synchronizer (1-2) - $385
    Nut, Hex., 23mm - $15
    Sleeve set, synchronizer (3-4) - $315
    Sleeve set, synchronizer (5) - $220
    1.458 - Gear, Mainshaft 3rd - $165
    1.107 - Gear, Mainshaft 4th - $165
    0.848 - Gear, Mainshaft 5th - $165

    Now before you get excited,
The down side to all this is most of these parts are back order out of Japan.
Some only being made to order as the boxes are so old now.

M-Factory also make the following aftermarket parts for your box.
    4.928 Final drive gear
Carbon-Lined 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th Synchro Rings (Brass ring only - no hub & sleeve)
    Magnetic drain plugs
& can supply all bearings etc too
    (PM e240 for M-Factory products)

    Hope that helps

im going to as mine it gone, no more 3rd, or 5th
so i thought i may aswell go all out n do the whole thing
