just got a service and new mounts for the car

i thought that'd fix the clicking/squeaking sound when i steer at really low speed but it hasnt, seems to have come back and be more frequent.

any ideas before i have another word with my mechanic?

try tigthening your lower control arm-to-subframe mounting points - 2 either side. These are supposed to be 98NM each 17mm bolt. I had strange noises on my RHS recently - these two bolts were loose ( literally finger tight) from a big pothole i hit a few weeks back. So i jacked up the car , tightened and voila.....fixed the problem !

if its a squeaking noise when u move ur steering wheel left and right, and the noise you could say it sounds like a dry peice of rubber being rubbed on a dry peice of glass then it most probably b your steering rack which is a common problem on the ep3. Ive had this issue aswell as many other ep3 owners. It can b fixed by just pulling back the rubber boot on ur steering rack and spraying lube inside to lubricate. Thats what my mechanic did almost 3 years ago and i havent had the problem since.

Which hasports did you go with?

How are the increased vibrations compared to stock mounts?

Personally going back to oem or mugen/hard race myself for daily !
Dont kid yourself guys.....stiff mounts only make you look cool. Pain in the arse for a everyday car lol. Leave those stiff mounts for track use

like nepolian said, big increases to vibration, but car feels so much alive to drive i guess. i enjoy it.. and the vibrations aren't as bad as the vibration from a broken mount.. so for me its like driving a new car HAHA =(
and nepolian, shiny mounts in a dirty bay = so rice
