    2 ways.
    open it up and replace the plastic piece that sits inside.

    or cut a piece out and tuck it in the opening gap so it sits on front.

    ^^ hahaha lols! yeah get a pack of tic tacs bra! Take your cluster out, FIRST unplug the clock and hazard blinkers. To take the clock out theres 3screws. Open the clock, youll see a purple sheet of plastic snap it out with a flat head or something, get super glue hold the plates on the 4 plastic poles down and put glue over the tips of the poles so your clock screen doesnt move around. Then glue your tic tac sheet on top, make sure its flat and not touching the four pole things. Let me know if any probz, should be easy as frak though.
    Enjoy your amber clock sexy xoxoxox

    haha! it only sounds like heaps of work. Infact, just take out your cluster (2 screws) and go from there, forget what i said just do it your own way. Its so easy its impossible to stuff up...almost lawl.

    Havn't built a floor for the boot yet but i will be setting up a false floor when i get some time, i already have the mdf for it, it's just uni is back in so less time for me now.

    Rear speakers in there at the moment are 5.25" JBL's, perfect fit.

    thanks viinh for replying for me! =]

    you can use any type of metal polish! mag polish.. aluminum polish.. just go autobarn supercheap and ask for metal polish! the brand mother is quite good =]

    after using 2000 sand paper your metal piping should b very SMOOOOTTHHHH but looks very pale still.. that is because the sandpaper dust and and small dirt particles are still on the metal itself! by using polish it will clean all that off! use a microfibre cloth~ does wonders! the trick is too put a decent amount on ur cloth and go hard on the metal in one direction.. this allows the cloth/polish to collect the dirty particles off evenly and effectively.. you will notice quite easily cause ur cloth will turn BLACK and i mean BLACK. try to use 2 cloths... one to apply the polish on.. and a CLEAN one to wipe the polish off.. repeat this 3-5 times.. and you will get the mirror finish! give it a go! hell worth the effort! another trick is take ur time.. do it once do it right.. wen sand papering take ur time.. like me.. i went through 6 steps... 600 dry then 600 went and so on.

    enjoy =]
