Thats simular to my height, and I hate it lol. It makes the car more usless really, only thing good is the looks. Cops give you shit, roads give you shit, and shopping centres give you .... . yeah.

So don't take this as a personal attack or something, were not your mum and dad saying oh dont buy this, were just sharing our experiance lol.

So I'd keep it legal. Save your liecense and save your cash for like a watch or something

Run 195/55/15 tires instead, will reduce fender to wheel gap & give you better riding comfort as well.

I looked at a set of those project d's, not sure if you can get them in 16x7's, did it fit alright with +38 offset?
it fit nicely. but mines 15 inch. if it was a lower offset it would of been better

    +1

2 inch is more than enough IMO - don't know how you're going to clear anything, never mind if you've got people in the car or a spoiler on the front...

the lower the height does not = improved handling. There is an optimal level a car should sit without ruining the dynamics of how the car handles.

Check the Spoon website - according to their research & development this is -20mm

optimal handling and still very practical for everyday. That's what i'm running.

    Good luck mate

i say your car looks fine and very practical. i like the not too ridiculously low look on your car. but if you are going to get 3" drop consider replacing your shocks because they will bottom out (if they are still stock).

p.s. to avoid replacing shocks put bump stops in so it doesn't kill the shocks.

what are ur wheel specs man? if ur gonna be running that low, its best to roll ur guards as well.... for the obvious reason

Usually ppl who go for that look on a daily tend to get weak offset rims to tuck in of the wheels so it doesnt scrub like a bitch, having flushed wheels with that drop, as said, u will need very stiff springs to stop the scrubbing and up the dampers pretty high

If you want no gap between fenders and wheels get a 2.8-3" drop and you will have what you want
