    Y u ask?
cos, most guys here including me who run JDM headers seems to have this vibration issue during heavy rain (some EP3 guys with the stock header too). But when I had my EP3 with full TODA system its fine.

so yeh, just trying to find out what caused this.

maybe comes down to who installed it. use different exhaust rubbers.. number of things

I dont think its because of the rubber hangers and installation way (cos its only happen during heavy rain). EP3 with OEM header cant be installed wrongly by Honda either.

cud be a number of things.. wat kind of vibration.. thru the engine.. steering.. pedals?
cud be some commponent they using that doesnt react well to the temp change.. or is gettin wet some how during heavy rain.

    thru the header and catback,
yes, my best bet would be the material that reacts to the weather/water (rapid cooling).

Is the DC5 2nd Gear crunch problem only on upshifts or downshifts?

I find shifting from neutral into third sometimes quite notchy. Is there any slack possible in the shifter cables? Maybe greasing up where the cables mount onto the gearbox?

Theres a fewfixes in getting rid of that notchy 3rd gear. However this is more of a problem relating tontype s gearboxes where type r has the crunch of 2nd gear.

The simply cure but not prevention is to change mtf
More often or use a better product. I have been changing mtf fluid but theres a new usa company making a new short shifter with built in shift cable bushings and maybe cables also. Its on k20a.org
