    ^

nobody has the money to do something that will make the FD considerably faster... and even if they did have the money, it would cost more than just selling the car and buying an actual performance sports car.

i like the shape of the FD, but thats about it. until k series engines become as cheap as the b series motors, i dont think many people would want to spend the money on an FD. besides.. they're much heavier than previous civics.

True, but i think that the chassis of the fd is alot better than a ek or eg. Maybe one day the k20 or k24 will be cheaper lol

How much are we talking at putting a k240a into the civic. Liek 10 -15 yes? I will consider it in 12 months.

problem then is, after that i'd want a BBK too, and then it will never end.

Well depending on what you want out of the car - ie not performance and just looks then why not keep changing wheels? (if finances allow - why else would we see ballas like stich with over 10sets of epic wheels / car?)

I agree though they are dying.. Not much new blood these days which means - oldschoolers reinvent yourselves! aero get new coils n even lower offset wheels LOL
