i guess if it died all together, the engine light will stay on, but our o2 sensor mustve been like real slow to respond to how much fuel it should be mixing with ect lol
Should i fork out and just change it? Fuel light comes on like 330km on granny driving and <300 going a bit harder. Definetely some shit wrong ye? Thermo is changed, spark plugs, serviced etc
Changing the sensor an easy DIY job? I've just got a standard toolset and jack/stands
^
easy to do, unhook the negative battery terminal, jack your car up at the front and you will see it on your headers, bout 20cm away from where the CAT is. then just get a spanner (prbz 24mm one. just a guess)
unhook the old one, you will see its clipped on. then clip the new one and ur laughing.
reconnect your negative terminal and let the car idle so the ecu adjusts. then your set
This is the cheapest well branded one i can find. Pretty sure it fits but can someone confirm for me? USA dont use the same frickin engine numbers as us and call honda ACURA!
