haha, true. But i didnt friggin redline it. Hit vtec once and that was it.

Yeah you gotta hit it (vtec, not the redline) in a test drive to make sure it comes on okay. You can always politely ask the owner first. They are normally in two minds and it's in that time frame you give it a whorl!
