it is not hard at all, it's just take everything apart and put new stuff in. you can drop B series in eg in 3-4 hours.

you took the power steering off. how does it feel with out one. Have your tried putting air breather for the power steering. I Am not into power steering anymore, the car feel like a toy with PS.

hey man,, i have driven damienm egk24 which operates without power assist feels much better in a track car,
i have driven cars without power assisted steering for many years, it's not hard just over exxagerated for some people,

i haven't looped the lines or put a breather, but i think i'll be putting fluid in the rack bleeding the manual rak up and looping the lines,,

didnt have to buy them man could of went to wreakers or if u had spare head like me you can undo it and use it as the block off
Remove the water outlet in the the head (use a socket or ring spanner, not a shifter)
Replace water fitting with B-Series rocker shaft plug
-10mm allen drive found is 3 places on B-series vtec head - 2 cam belt end, 1 dissy end
These plugs share the same fine thread as the water outlet in the head so is/are a direct replacment that neatly solves the head side of the issue.
