The belt might have stretched. But if the tensioner was not rattling, then there is no need to replace it (you'll see it bounce around if the tensioner is worn).
If yours is an auto, then it is not warped. The shitty OEM pads will leave deposits on the hot discs. Just give it a quick sand and replace the pads with any aftermarket ones.
Is your car lowered on springs? If not, then you might be cornering too quickly or you drive really quick over poor condition roads or speed bumps.
