Luke, I don't have an ep3 but in my experiences most book leaks are either bad boot/tailgate seals, rubber plugs on the boot floor or tail lights loose or broken.
First try to source where it's coming from. If can't find then look at your seals if worn or broken. Then check your taillights. If they have condensation in them then they will be leaking water in. If not then remove your boot interior and check I all the rubber plugs are in.
Good luck byuddy

Yeah I've recently seen a dc5r with the same problem. In his case was that the rubber seals of one of his taillights was gone.

Lucky its an Ep3. Put the rear seats flat, jump in the back with the tailgate shut and get a mate to spray it with a hose ..inspect... I would say rubbers or tail lights

Check the welding in the boot , check the central plug welded under the spare wheel - water can flick up under during extended periods of driving in the rain. It can easily get in around the small holes and sit in ur boot

I know this isn't the right place to post this but this is the only area I have posted. I rang hondworld on Monday asked for a sun visor drivers side for my ep3 they said no worries $25 for visor and $25 for airbag to Darwin. Arrived Thursday, was totally wrong shape will never fit and look half ok. Rang then back 2 times on Friday, someone was meant to get back but nothing. I have just got off the phone with the manager. He had a go at me saying I got what I ordered and how did I expect him to have a one off an ep3. He then said to send item back and that he would give me a refund. I said to him, "you want me to spend $50 on postage and end up with no visor??" He then said "If I want to play the tough man game" in a real aggressive tone. Then hangs up on me. I have been shopping with then for a few years no and service has been awesome. I will never deal with them again and I will most diffidently stop recommending them to offers.

Guys, thought I'd share this.. being working on fix rattles from Door Trim.. if your EP3R have this then feel free to read on : )
You will need to remove your door trim to do so, follow this link as the video shows you how to do this: http://importtuningtv.powertvonline....l.php?mId=1111
Remember when pulling off the trim piece, work your way fron the bottom where there's a gap for you to slide your fingers in.. gentlying slide your fingers around to remove each of the clip, now be gentle so you don't break any plastic bits holding the clip..
This is what I used, a seal tape and table leg protectors from Bunnings..
Also I bought new clips from Honda Parts Australia, they are $5.10 each..
Now this is what the white clips look like that is located around the border on the door trim.. below image is an old one I pulled off, from time to time these plastic clips loose its tension and especially if you've being pulling these off many times to instal your speakers or such then these clips get looses its tension and will not clip hold tight enough..

You can see the clips are nice and firm and not crooked like old ones, now before you put them on.. I actually used seal tapes around maybe 3-4 rounds on the ring part where you will be putting back on your door trim.. by doing so its tighten up the clip to the plastic holder on your door trim(I did this with my old car before, so I know it works). Below images for your reference..

Your can see now the parts where its used to hold is not thicker, reason for using the seal tape its cos its soft and will absorb a bit of pressure..

Now also, when you pull off the door trim.. inside you will see some old cloth piece(mine was pretty much fallen off) I actually replaced all these cloth pieces with these table leg protectors. Comes in a big roll around $11 from Bunning.. now just need to cut these up into sizes and stick them on each part where the plastic touchs the metal..

Take your time and Good luck DIY fixing!
