error code 45 Fuel system too rich or lean in bone stock Jazz?

Hi guys i just pulled the code on my completely stock honda jazz 06 VTIS.
and apparently its too rich or too lean...

I have still yet to check the vacuum lines and o2 sensors, maybe even coil packs...
but just wondering if anyone has experienced this or know of any other places i should be looking to find the culprit.

    thanks

Dude you have got to make a list of all common honda failures that the dealers see on a regular basis!
