It was 7 years ago I was living over there.

Most of you guys can only dream about what I was able to experience over there. The laws over here are messed up. If I could build another turbo civic I would.

I was told I would need an engineers certificate if I was to add a JDM B18 to a civic and add a turbo.

This car was doing high 12s in the 1/4 mile.

High 12sec 1/4 mile is very quick for a n/a street driven B18C civic. Without photos/videos, specs or dyno sheets, you have absolutely no credibility.
