    If you mean the rings (hub adapters) that are used to make up the difference between the centre holes in the mags and the hub centre spigot, no, they won't do it.

    with any kind of spacers itll be wise to get the wheel studs extended (not to mention getting the right kind of spacers as hondapop mentioned earlier)

    that is if you value your safety and others on the road

    no I mean the ones that are like a new set of studs that bolt on the old ones with it's own metal hub. however I think they only come in larger offests like 25mm.

    they can also be used as stud pattern converters.

    Ah, those ones. I was aware of them as pattern/pitch adapter, but yeah, they'd have to be pretty thick to be strong enough to hold the stems of a new set of studs and bolt up to the existing hub. Never really considered them as much more than a dubious gimmick.
