What sort of pads are people running on FN2 Type Rs for time attack? I have run Ferodo 2500s and 3000s on Evos and WRXs but just seeing what you guys like here.

We did a brake and clutch fluid flush and bleed with Castrol SRF fluid today. FYI the bleed nipple for the clutch is on the front of the engine, best accessed from the front. It is just above the engine mount, it took me ages to find it. Just deciding on pads and rotors but it looks like EBC Red stuff pads, DBA 4000s up front and RDA slotted rears (I will see how the RDAs hold up then decide if there should be DBAs on the back too).
hhmmm you sure ya want to go with redstuff, a mate ran some and recon's they absolutelty torn the crap out of his rotors. Very abbrasive. How much tracking you plan on doing ?
Im sure they will tear into the RDA rears but they are cheep and the DBA 4000s up front should be fine. If the rears go too fast we will just get some 4000s for the back too. Looks like 1-2 track days a month and very little driving around in between.
i run ebc yellows for my jdm brembo setup up front for FN2r, rear im using ebc reds for track, daily running ds2500 up front and oem pads up rear. rotors are rda slotted up front, oem rear, braking power works very well once the yellows are warmed up a bit, ds2500 are fine for light tracking and on street.
