Battery/idle problem?

i just changed my battery and the idle dropped, what could be the problem? car also shakes more in D (automatic)
i tried resetting the ecu but that did not work (take neg off for a minute, put it back, let idle for 5 mins).

Have ur engine running and pull the dipstick out and put ur finger on the hole, should be sucking, if stick isnt there it idles roughly

i think u can also get a mechanic to reset ur idle. shaking probably due to the lower idle as u mentioned.
