checked with mr minit yesterday and they said they dont do honda key...
and say i have to go through dealer...

more info i got from dealer saying that they can provide the key parts uncut and unprogram for $280 and programining service cost $75 and i can do the cutting myself..

im thinking to get the part from ebay (link in my previous post for like $60 shipped)
and try to get it program at dealer...
the dealer willing to try to program it but not gurantee...
if fail i will just get it cut and leave it as it is...

again whoever has a cheaper alternative please let us know...

    Just a quick follow up,

I got my spare remote from UK ebay seller (requested one that compatible in AUS)
    for under $60 shipped.

Got key cut at Nigel Shoe repair for $15

Went to Honda North in Osborne Park for coding the immobiliser and they also program the central locking for $80

all up for $155 for a spare

all works perfectly fine but i might have to replace the battery in the new remote as only sometime u have to press 3 or 4 times to works..
