Do all EP3R come with factory HIDs?

Because I've notice some do and they're running the D2R bulb with the stock HID reflector housing but I've never notice head light spray/washers on them cars...

They came with the C-Package which included:

    Auto air conditioner
    Power window
    Powered door lock
Keyless entry system with welcome lamp
    Discharge headlights
    Privacy glass
    Colored fold-in electric door mirrors

Like 99% of EP3's imported have the C Package installed on the cars from factory

all JDM EP3 C package has HID from factory however during compliance they are meant to be switched back to helogen.

pre FL only had reflectors and HID doesn't need washers in Japan so JDM EP3 never had them.

How's that work? Going from Factory HID to halogen??? LOL

Or did the C package upgrade simply adapt a factory HID kit to the factory non C package halogen reflector housing...

All I know is that for compliance they swap out the xenon lights and put in the halogen crap I also had to change my headlights due to the reflector not meeting ADR

Can you take off the HID's off the old housing and attach them to the new one? for the wire i would just join them up again thats what the guy told me to do.

i did this to my old car and it wasn't hard. basically put the ballast from below and solder the wires to the light bulb. just match the colour of the wires and you can't go wrong.

make sure you properly insulate the wires as you don't want them to touch each other and short. if you are not comfortable best to pay a pro to do it.
