How does this compare with Mobil1 0W-40 (Gold packaging).

The last oil change was using Honda's semi synthetic 10W-40. I'm planning on using Mobil1. But if this stuff is as good as Mobil1, then I can give it a shot. As long as my honda dealer dont try and screw me over in price (quoted $22.40 for an oil filter!)
