If that's a picture of the muffler then it's definitely not the stock one.

IF GUNS don't kill people, people kill people does that mean that toasters don't toast toast, toast toast toast?

Good excuse to upgrade! Take it to an exhaust shop and see if they'll weld it up - would be much cheaper than buying another one.

Haha, an upgrade is always nice, but unfortunately i'm tight on money atm Time to find a good exhaust shop around Brisbane

Also, i'm looking to buy a set of wheels from someone in Melbourne, and have been quoted online by e-go to freight it to Brisbane depot-depot for around $55 does that sound about right? Thought it would be a little more than that. Wheels are 17x8 with 255/45 tyres on them. Busfreight (greyhound) quoted me $120

Hey guys can anyone guide me on something here?
Seems that my steering rack is playing up, can anyone confirm how the rack is greased up? Does it require the removal of the rack itself? And is there any DIY that shows how to do it?
Im hoping I wont need a new rack, can these things be reconditioned?
    Thanks

Yeah should be alright. Apparently the steering rack squeak is common in the ep3's!

Yeah its not actually a squeak in the rack itself the sterring doesnt self centre itself and the wheel tilts to the left when driving straight.

I think they can straighten that up when they do wheel alignments

Yea, get an alignment, exact thing when i got my car; wheel was at 11 o clock position going straight. Alignment fixed it

The thing is I would have thought they would have done an alignment when I got my Tyres fitted, unless the compliance dude was dodgy and didnt do it....
But what about the fact that the steering on one side feels stiffer than the other? Is this due to the grease issue? Or the fact that the wheel wont centre itself all the way after turning a corner?
