    Its not a euro R. look at the 'accord' emblem. Its too far left, meaning the 'euro' emblem was removed. If it was a a real euro r, the 'accord' emblem would be more towards the right.

    edit: dont know what rear lip he has on that. I for sure wouldnt change a genuine euro r rear lip if my car was a genuine euro r. just sayin.
