Can you cut out the plastic and install glass into the roof or you have buy the whole set?
You gotta do the whole thing and modify the frame.

No rubber seals with any kit. They are expensive to source too from Honda.
I got quoted $1100 from Honda for the seals $650 from cflhonda.com
