Yeah I wanted OEM but clearly they're not working out for my driving style..

Can you buy just a single Mugen mount?

I get about 1.5bar which is about 20-22psi. Oil about 93c

    Oil: Honda FEO Ultra 5w30.

When I was running royal purple 10w-40 I was getting about 1.8-1.9 bar/26-28psi at 93c.

What oil are you running UNA91?

Oil light flashing means it must be running very low pressure which can damage your engine. Probably way below 0.5bar before it start flashing.

Either your oil level were low or your oil pump is starting to show its age.

Using Valvoline Synpower 10w40 I think or maybe it was 5w40...

I'm just not sure why my oil pressure suddenly drops from what used to be average 28psi to around 21 psi idle now... i've been using the same oil ever since I got the car. Oil levels are fine, and I don't think there's any leaks. At 3k rpm it's around 65-70psi

The only think i can think of is that, I recently installed a water temp gauge, and i've tapped into the oil pressure gauge to power it... maybe it's robbing some power off it? But then, i've seen people with multiple gauges all connected parallel tho. :/
    vtak + jrsc = bwwaaaahinneeeee

IF GUNS don't kill people, people kill people does that mean that toasters don't toast toast, toast toast toast?

possibly oil level, i dont see why it would be low but. dont vtec that often, in fact only driven once or twice a week at most,

no oil leaks and meticulously serviced. been 3000kms since my last and thinking of going for another one.

Don't think it would be a power issue but I guess you can disconnect your water temp gauge and see what happens.

What set of gauges are you using? I'm using a greddy informeter touch.

What is your exact idle temperature? Unless your water temp sensor has caused some impedence in the flow of your coolant. For our K20A, the oil is water-cooled at the oil filter section. From that, it can reduce the cooling efficiency of engine oil and therefore running at a higher temp. By running a higher temp, this can thin out your oil which leads to lower oil pressure.

Maybe some other factors to consider:
-How long have you been running this round of oil?
    -Size of oil filter
    -Ambient temperature
    -Coolant level.

FYI, Honda service manual states 0.7 bar or 10psi minimum at 80 degree for inspection.
