had to reuse the old outer case just burnt all the stuff out of it and made a really dodgy clamp with a spring clamp and and some spare metal i had laying around to get it in kinda like this http://hondaswap.com/general-tech-ma...iy-how-292065/
blue is for the glare, absorbs all the red light since most of the headlight output is in red spectrum. so only lets blue pass through so there's less strain onyour eyes at night.

oh and there are the blue mirrors which have a different angle on the outer side of the mirror (furthest from you) so it allows you to see whats in your blind spot. These mirrors usually have a line to show the boundary of the two angles to let you know what you're looking at (normal mirror or blind spot)
