sounds like electrolosis, the engine is the ground circuit and the coolant also acts as a conductor aswel during this conduction free electron move from atom to atom changing the properties of the coolant making it become acid the more acidic the water becomes the better it conducts and starts to eat the sacrifical anode wich is usualy the thermostat housing add some more ground wires get the radiator cleaned profesionaly and run your garden hose through the inlet hose of ur hearter and run the car untill the water runs clear any other atempt is never effective

where in the heater hose do u connect the garden hose

and do u let it drain from the radiator or head

disconect it from the head under the dizzy run the hose with engine off and radiator cap off till water runs clear from radiator then fit cap wait til water runs clear from the head once clear run the engine with the water flowing cap off til water is clear the cap on should take 5 mins if its realy bad id remove the thermostat whilst i do it
