I do hope you have experience! As you can easily burn/harm the paint with a Rotary, do be careful!

You may need a more abrasive cut, or maybe best to finish off with something a Medium Pad with Menzerna PF2500 or even M105 if you wanted to. I am only guessing as i have not seen the paint!

Maybe next stage is to get a DA RO Kit to correct the paint and bring it up to where you'd like it to be and just use a wax every month or 2 to keep it protected?

How do you suggest washing the wash mitt and micro fiber weave towel, in order to retain softness and absorption.

Liquid wash only, or microfibre specific wash if you wish to use (safest). Fabric Softener and a Dryer will destroy your microfibres as well so be aware not to use them and a cold wash only to be used.

Yah will be doing the whole car. Just protecting the lense to stop the oxidisation from coming back to quickly. And that seems to last tje longest. Haha.
