Haha. It's not so much "fabrication" - more towards "hacking away".

How does anyone install headers (PLM) on the ep3? I can't seem to fit it from the bottom cause the trailing arm is in the way and from the top it wont fit thru that gap between the valve cover and the firewall. I can fit it from the top but its pointing the wrong way and theres no way i can flip it around. =.=
    vtak + jrsc = bwwaaaahinneeeee

IF GUNS don't kill people, people kill people does that mean that toasters don't toast toast, toast toast toast?

Had this problem too. Installing them on my DC5 was easy but EP3 there is less engine bay space so I had an exhaust shop fit mine today

I fitted my kiddracing ones up without too much trouble from the bottom. I undid the swaybar and squeezed them through. Got them sitting in the right position on the 2nd or 3rd try. You just need to put it in at the right angle, and play around with it a bit, twist it etc.

I'm not too sure if they're the same, but i did notice the kiddracing ones have PLM on the box

Yeah I was able to get the stock one in and out from the top but I had to remove the valve cover and it was still a tight fit. As for installing the plm headers it was impossible from the top as one piece and from the bottom the trailing arm and sway bar is in the way and I can't get enough leverage with just jack stand height. Probs just gonna get an exhaust shop to do it since I need to get the slip joints welded and cat made up. Spent literally 8 hours trying and my neck hurts now lol just need to find a decent exhaust shop that knows what an ep3 is.

And yeah just kiddracing was just a distributor, plm makes the headers

That's why I pay people to do it cause everytime I try something, there's always something that doesn't go smoothly
