For those who have mugen engine mounts, just wanted to know whether you left the rear mount oem, used another brand mount or just used energy suspension bushings?

Ive got a set of mugen mounts coming so need some advice so I can make an informed decision on what to do with rear mounts as mugen doesn't come with a rear one.

    Thanks

you can fit 17x8 in the back, but keep the offset between atleast +35 to +43, anymore and you might find you'll hit the guards or the rear trailing arm

btw i think i see your ep3 sometimes around sunnybank?
    vtak + jrsc = bwwaaaahinneeeee

IF GUNS don't kill people, people kill people does that mean that toasters don't toast toast, toast toast toast?

17x9 can work too but better run 215/45 and keep offset lower than 40. It will run close I the trailing arm even with a few degrees neg camber

i left mine oem, even so its cracked~ i cbb changing it lol, but i will change the rear one to hasports or something with 62a, vibrations still minimal but at least the piece of mind is there.

you can probably pick up individual mounts at jdmyard if you really wanted to change them all at once~ but thats entirely up to you.
I let my Mrs hit Vtec, Maybe you should too!

17x8 +43 on the rear is the Max you can do on 215's its pretty close the sussy. Might can try 225. If you want pics I can post for guide line.

hey guys, would you recommend this type of oil in 5w-30 for the ep3? http://www.penriteoil.com.au/product...g=1&id_brand=6

Engine oil is so expensive these days, you could get a 20L drum on gumtree for $140 http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/liver...tre/1010476476

Cheap because it's semi-synthetic. I've never used anything but full synthetic (group 4 or group 5) in my car. Not something I would want to cheap out on.

Currently running Redline 5w-30 - burns a bit too quickly for my liking (have to top up every 1000kms or so) but runs quite well. Previously run Castrol Edge which was ok but is now totally overpriced.
