    thanks for the input but you both couldnt of been anymore ignorant with your comments. the guy isnt mechanically minded he bought it for looks and only now knows what CVT is after i explained it to him @trism, what a fcking stupid thing to say, ofcourse its honda's fault. also he bought the car in 2011 with a full service history and only 109k kms and its only sitting on 120k kms atm so i dont know where you are getting your chances from Sp33

    I'm getting them from the fact that things don't fail for no reason. Especially well serviced things. Especially with such low km's. Especially Hondas.

    You could try contacting the mechanic who last serviced the transmission oil and ask what oil was used. Or it should be on the receipt in the full service history.

    nope its hondas fault, everything is.

    im sorry but stuff dosnt just break for no reason. have a look into it, is it due for servicing? dose it require a rebuild? whats the exact problem, take it to a trans place cause it sounds like you havent come across a diagnosis so get someone that knows what there doing to look at it
