If you're going to do a Solid colour like Black. Why dont you just Plasti Dip it? Only costs $30 for a Can of Matte Black

If you're paying almost $100 per rim to get them Powder Coated you might aswell go for a Unique/Different
Colour and make it worth it (Thats my opinion)

Honda FD how does around $250 for 4 wheels sound ?, no sandblasting, properly acid dipped (takes a few days) and professionally baked. Using a Dude on the Nth beaches that was recommended to me by a local Race car builder. I got to inspect a few of his jobs on some open wheelers and I was impressed. yeah I was quoted $400 for 4 rims by a bunch of other powdercoaters but the extra $150 would be time spent blasting.

Thats what i mean. If you're spending that much money go for a different colour that you dont see much.

But its your money and your wheels. Im just saying what I would've done. Not attacking you personally or anything

HondA FD when you get to my age ... lol, flying under the radar is my preference, hence why my car has no bodykit or aero or lip or stickers. I prefer to spend my $$$ on the whoosh.

Age isn't the problem. I'm 20 and i personally would pick a nice clean build any day. No flashy body kits or that whole Stanced thing.
Stanced is cool to look at but at the end of the day its just a car park whore. I used to do stance and I personally did not enjoy it.
Too much of a headache and paying attention to Every detail on the road in case a pebble will destroy the undercarriage.

Which is why my car was raise to an appropriate height (140mm from the body) and If you've seen my pictures
previously my wheels change. but never the car.

But going for a different colour doesn't necessarily have to be something crazy or full on "Look at me"
xenonkuraz Got a very nice colour and suited his car very well. Nothing extreme.

But like I said. Its your money, your wheels and your decision.
