Ok so last weekend we managed to install the new external wastegate that i purchased, We figured out that the godspeed wastegate was indeed faulty and wasn't opening. We also worked on idle control and got the car starting in cold hot and normal temps, plus it no longer idles at 1300 rpm but instead at a steady 900.
After we got those two things working we worked on tuning the car, we got our hands on some private road and sectioned it all of and got to work.

This is where we are at so far, a sneak peak video for everyone.

The clutch is pretty much gone and the gearbox is on its way out also, so we couldnt do any proper hard launches but here is another short clip. You cant tell the box sucks because of the non chirping into 2nd gear. Oh btw Tacko isnt connected yet.

    What's wrong with your gbox?

I hear the D boxes are good for 250HP standard.

Clutch I've heard slips around the 100kw mark ATW

The gearbox is leaking at the moment because the bearings are worn and the seal is also worn. Additionally the clutch has never been changed in 230000kms but i do have a stage 2 clutch ready to go into the new motor.

Thanks mate, I got my track day coming up on the 7th of dec, I will be replacing my clutch this weekend in preparation. Then I will also attempt to get new tires as the ones that i have are massively gone.

So this is what my clutch looks like after 230000kms 10 track days, a bolt on turbo kit and lots of overuse.

Installing the Stage 2 Excedy clutch today.
