Difference is they dont tell you to avoid the shop in question like you did. They give their opinion on the food.
I can see why your upset but if I was a dealer and went through the process they did, and the sale coming down to your wife being able to park it or not.... well...
They do have practices to uphold being a business but they are people at the end of the day, people get upset
