Hi, I'm new to the car scene and was wondering if the rear sway bars (the one at the bottom of the car, not the boot) give a noticeable difference to handling. Also, what are a couple of mods I can do that are cheap (I'm on a budget).
The rear sway bar will make your car much flatter and help neutralize the under steer in stock Hondas, without really compromising any comfort. Basically a lot of fun. Must do mod for sure
@IOU I saw you filling up at Shells in Braybrook the other day. Car looks awesome! Did those Spoon Brakes make a big difference?
Needs more low!
Absolutely different. Love it. I know lower will make my car look better, but i need to be realistic when my car usually full load and many potholes on the road.
How is your car now? Anything new? Sorry about the grill. The day you couldn't pick up, my cousin already took it :-)

I see that you had a CAI for sale too. Do you think the CAI is better? or a pod?

Not sure what you mean by pod, because the CAI has a pod on the end of it too. I'm going to assume you mean a Short ram intake. If I did it again, I would get a SRI and not have to worry about hydro lock and driving in wet conditions especially if lowered. The power increase is negligible. SRI with a cover is probably the best, and will be slightly louder if that's your thing

Lol All good bro. Get springs! just do a 1 inch drop. My car is still the same. Nothing has changed beside getting a Mugen side from JPrak.
Getting bored of it. Want to save up for something with a turbo

It depends where you live. I have a SRI (Short Ram Intake) and it is absolutely terrible in summer. The car is getting so much heat soak you lose a shit load of power.
I live in Melbourne and we dont get much floods down here and Im currently looking into getting a CAI. I've never been in an FD with an CAI but SRI are definitely loud.
This is my car with the SRI. Its a K&N Typhoon kit.
